Men of Praise: Prayer Breakfast

Faith. Fellowship. Forward.

The 2025 Men of Prayer Breakfast, hosted by Archbishop Stephan Booze, wasn’t just another event on the calendar it was a room full of purpose. Men of faith. Leaders. Change makers. The kind of people who don’t just talk about change; they live it.

Archbishop Booze gave me the opportunity to stand before that room and speak about my run for 4th District Legislator. I came with passion and conviction, laying out my vision for a stronger Niagara Falls one with safer streets, thriving businesses, and households built on solid foundations.

At one point, I was so fired up that Archbishop Booze had to step in with a laugh and say, “I have to remind myself to never let a politician hold the mic!” The room erupted, and I couldn’t help but burst out laughing right along with them.

It was a moment that perfectly captured the morning serious about the mission, but with joy and camaraderie that made it even more powerful.

I met men who are moving mountains in their own way in churches, in businesses, in neighborhoods. Men whose faith fuels their fight for their families and their communities. Conversations like that remind me: the real work happens when people of conviction decide enough is enough and take action.

It was a privilege to be in that room, and I plan on being back next year. Because gatherings like this aren’t just about prayer. They’re about power the power of faith, the power of unity, and the power to change the future.
