My name is Sean Mapp, and I’m a father of five, a college graduate who study Business Marketing and Media Production, a 30 Under 30 recipient, and a passionate advocate for family and community.

I launched my first company while still in college, choosing to carve out a path where I could control my own destiny rather than settle into a traditional 9-to-5 job. I took a risk and that risk paid off. For over 12 years, I’ve successfully run a mass media production company, working with clients across various industries and traveling internationally to places like Italy, London, Amsterdam, and Mexico.

That entrepreneurial spirit is what brought me to Niagara Falls—a city full of history, grit, and untapped potential. It’s here I chose to plant roots, raise my young family, and help build an environment that is healthy, forward-thinking, and filled with opportunity. My mission is simple: to serve this district with integrity, vision, and a relentless focus on creating stronger households, thriving businesses, and safer communities for all. 

As your next County Legislator for the 4th District, I plan to bring real solutions, not recycled politics. I’m focused on expanding economic development, repairing our infrastructure, strengthening households, and ensuring safer communities. I’ll fight for the resources our neighborhoods deserve, push for investment that creates real jobs, and work to build a district where families don’t just survive, but thrive.

Because this isn’t just where I live, it’s home. And it’s time we built a future that reflects the strength, resilience, and promise of the people who live here.
